Hi all,
one of my buddy owns a 1995 K1500 silverado.
He is experiencing stalling at the moment.
To try to fix what is the problem, we have relocated a used PMD (don't have a new one available unfortunately) under bumper.
He just called me this morning to tell me the truck has stall again. This time, he took time to watch at the cluster and told me that all lights were off, except the "check gages" one. He immediately tried to start the engine but no success.
He turned off the key, then switch on again : all lights came back, and the truck started right away.
At first glance, we thought this is a PMD issue, but this symptom tends to say the culprit is the ignition switch?
Any opinion? Could my buddy be bad luck enough to get the 2 problems?
Thanks.
