This morning I got in my truck with my PPE and my buddies G-Tech to take some measurements, wanted to share the data.

2007.5 GMC 2500HD Sierra 4x4 Z71 Crew Cab Standard Bed, 6 inch lift 35.5 inch tires on 20 x 10 inch chrome wheels. I had to enter weight of vehicle with me in it, I used 7500 lbs. Should be fairly close right? I'm 230 lbs, 150 lbs of aftermarket audio equipment, tires and wheels are super heavy... anyhow thats the weight I used.

Conditions:
Air Temp 87 Deg
Humidity 11%
Altitude 1200 Ft
Density Altitude 3171 Ft
Relative Baro 30.05 in Hg

This works out to SAE horsepower correction factor of 96.5%

STOCK

0 - 60 , 3 run average in 4wd = 7.62 seconds
Horsepower at wheels 3 run average = 279.6
Horsepower at crank using 20% loss = 349.5
Horspower at wheels 3 run average SAE corrected = 289.7
Horsepower at crank using 20% loss SAE corrected = 362.2 (darn close to rating)

PPE LEVEL 4, everything else stock, stock airbox, exhaust ect.

0 - 60 , 3 run average in 4wd = 5.94 seconds
Horsepower at wheels 3 run average = 413.3
Horsepower at crank using 20% loss = 516.7
Horspower at wheels 3 run average SAE corrected = 428.3
Horsepower at crank using 20% loss SAE corrected = 535.4 !!!!

PPE FTW!!!!
