I'm new here, and here is my situation:

I was parking between two cars at a quick-mart. Car on the right has his back up lights on, so I am going slow and watching him as I don't know how he's going to move. Car on the left has tinted windows and no activity.

As I am pulling in between them, the guy on the left opens his door and I get a rude awakening :mad:

He was in a '07 Accord and his door was not able to close. In any case, after I get my rig repaired, it's only a month old btw, I am looking some sort of front end bumper that does not give as easily.

I know that there are products that also have built in winch mounts and spacing, but I'm not looking for a winch mount. I want something that is relatively low profile and wont change the whole look of my front end.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey! Welcome to DP, I spent several months researching HD bumpers before I went with Buckstop http://www.buckstop.biz/index.html . Now we have different goals with HD bumpers so Buckstop may not meet your requirements. You may want to take a look at: http://www.aliarc.com/pickupbars.html their bumpers have a smaller foot print, light weight and provide good protection.

Also you may want to take a look at my bumper install if you install your HD bumper yourself.
