Could someone post the proceedure from the manual for setting up the tech2 to graph the fuel pressure regulator. I seem to be computer challenged today and cannot post a usable file.....anyway in my manual it is on pg 6-3116 to 6-3118 and has 3 plots, 1 for an engine w/ 0 miles, 1 w/ 26k miles and an example of a bad graph w/ sharp fluctuations. thanks!! ......Bill

plug in the tech-2 and build the vehicle. Chose powertrain, then data, engine data and engine data 1. on the soft keys there is a key for live plot, push that and then high light actual and desired frp. it will have an * besides it when selected by pushing the enter button. Then push plot. This should do it, hard to remember if I am missing anything with out having it in front of me...

Do everything Eric said and adjust the min/max.
Set up the scan tool in the following format:
Select the Data Display on the scan tool.
Select Engine Data 1.
Select the More softkey 2 times.
Select the Live Plot softkey.
Select the Engine Speed, Actual Fuel Rail Pressure, and Desired Fuel Rail Pressure parameters by highlighting each parameter and depressing the ENTER softkey.
Select the Accept softkey.
Select the More softkey, then select the Change Min/Max softkey.
Select the More softkey, and adjust the parameters to the following Min/Max ranges:
The Engine Speed Min/Max range is 0 to 1000 RPM.
The Actual Fuel Rail Pressure Min/Max range is 1.0 to 160 MPa.
The Desired Fuel Rail Pressure Min/Max range is 1.0 to 160 MPa.
Start and idle the engine.
