Cognito tells me their kits still fit the new trucks - so if nothing changed - why so dramatic better ride than it's predecessors?

ReadyLift claims their kit will NOT affect the ride - how can that be if the stops are now closer?

When you hit those stops - you will know it...

Well it sounds like you already know what is going o work the best for you. On the New HD vs. Old, I'm not sure how you are comparing the 2 because they should be the same if the trucks where apple 2 apple.

My prev rig was an '06 1/2 ton CC gasser that rode like a lumber wagon compared to my 3/4 ton CC LMM.

Cognito said the sway bars are less stiff in the new body - only reason they gave for the new bods riding better.

The sway bar has nothing to do with ride comfort. It is for handling, when you hit a bump straight on it just moves up and down.

So Cognito is full of it - ReadyLift is full of it....

Seems to me the extreme position of your CV joints after even a level lift has to be hard on components.

Weight? Aren't the NBS a little heavier than the 99-06's?

Well a 3/4 ton LMM is certailny heavier than a 1/2 ton gas hog.

stock vs. stock I have noticed this too...only thing that sticks out is the progressive"snubbers" for the LCA's has changed in shape and duro(hardness)..that being said if you crank alittle which would get the snubber off the LCA then the ride should be the same...though the valving of the so-called shock could have changed also.
