The sun was shining on my dash and I could see two "wait to start" lights. One is above the speedo and the other is to the left of the speedo. The one above the speedo lights all the time, I never have seen the other one lit. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Are they both supposed to light? Also, I have noticed that My WTS light will go out, I will start the truck, then the WTS light will come back on and flash for a couple seconds and then shut off. What is that about? Is it because the cold fuel enters the engine?

My 95 doesn't have WTS is has a 'Glow Plug' light, which occationally flashes after I start on a cold moring, which I understand is normal. I would guess for 96, they changed the text, but not the function. I will check my dash in the sunlight to see if I have 2 GP lights...........

You sure it says wait to start and maybe not WIF (water in fuel)

The glows do come on a few times after it's inital glow period. I believe it's called afterglow. Perfectly normal in a cold engine start.

Ohh it says wait to start. WIF is in the upper left. The 2nd wait to start light is under that. It never comes on, if I get a good angle I will take a picture and post it.

Now I got to go out and study mine and see what is there
