I have a little trouble shifting into gear ( more than a little ) . Clutch disingages , but hard to put into gear , New clutch 3 yrs ago , ( hyd. single fase ) Is there any ajustments on the clutch or trans ? Trans ofcourse is a stick on the floor . Checked the oil level -OK Can't see any leaks . Anyone ?

Synchros starting to go out?

Try matching engine rpm to wheel speed and see if it goes in any easier would be same as shifting into gear with no clutch

Does it shift hard when its not running?

Is it only in one gear that its hard or all?

If all, I am curious is the clutch is getting weak..

All gears when standing still and a little hard to shift moving , now that said , sometimes like right now, going to work it shifted great . ????? When I got into it to go to work ,it work great.

I'm not hard on the clutck at all and there is no noise what so ever.

could be thick fluid, something that is heavy when cold..?

Maybe changin to a synthetic would help?

I know we have had some issues with fluid getting very thick in the cold and as trans warms up , shifts improve, just thinking out loud
