I have kinda a dumb question. I am running a new TST kit. Turned up it will provide much more power than my drive train can handle. Knowing that to be able to use all the potential of the TST or any other performance kit, I need to upgrade my tranny. Please tell me the advantage of stacking 2 different performance kits? I've got more now than I can handle.

Ummmm... not to play devil incarnate here (but i will anyway)

A fellow bomber tried stacking a pressure box with the TSTPCMR comp.

Result.... swift as an arrow.... at the cost of the Rail pressure relief and 2 injectors.

IMHO DO NOT DO IT!

Get the trans done, then the comp TST and a set of twins if you crank up the comp box.

Otherwise do the trans, slap on a KSB-1 or an HX40 and don't go above torque level 4.

JMHO the TDR has pages of guys running the TSTPCMR /comp box.

They have good info there to read if you are not already a member

I have the EZ and TST PMCR stacked and love it. Some of the guys that blew the relief were running the EZ on 5 stacked -- not a good idea even by itself. I have my EZ on 3 and love it.
