My truck has 1400 miles on it, I have a low rattling type sound in the right front area. It is less noticable when driving in rain or on wet streets. It is also present when you touch the brakes. I would appreciate some ideas, hate to take it to the dealer.
Thanks

Possible intermediate shaft. Is your antenna tight?

With problems at 1400mi, I'd park that thing in the Dealers shop & drive a loaner.

I had a similar sound on my old 2002. Same thing... rattle when stepping on the brakes and occasionally on acceleration (but never when it was rainy out or right after I washed the truck). It started shortly after I had installed the GM splash guards which helped me zero in on the problem... those splash guards require that you remove and reinstall the fender retainer bold to install them.
The rattling sound was actually the metal moving/rubbing ever so slightly as the body structure flexed. Water must have had a lubricating effect on it hence the absence of noise when it rained. Tightening the bolt solved the problem.
