When I bought my truck, traded in a Suburban which had great AC, it seemed the air was not near as cold when I used outside air as it should have been. I took the truck in and it was checked by the dealer. They said the AC was operating fine, cooling the best it could, but there was a design problem which kept the evaporator from being cooled properly. They researched the problem, and found there was a service bulletin which called for some replacement parts. They ordered what was needed, and replaced the parts under warranty. Havn't had really hot weather yet, so don't know if it worked or not, but if you had the same problem, talk to the service manager at the dealership.

Had same problem with an 03 suburban A/C they have to much freon in them , the hotter it is the worse it gets. the dealer took 8 oz's out of system and it works great, some of the systems are blowing hoses because of to much freon in the systems.

I have the same problem with the AC not cooling good and i took it in and i gave them the TB# and they said it wasn't a good number. I know one of the techs at the dealership and he let me back in the shop. he typed it in to his computer and it didin't come up. Is that the right TB# or what. If someone could post the TB that would be great thanks.

DON'T KNOW WHY THAT tsb # don't work for you it did for me?? maybe your dealer just don't want to do the work. try # again and go to different dealer.
