I seen this on an 05 and it looked scary. I thought the wheels were about to let the tires go. I would never do it. I think the recommended wheels for that size is 8.5 to 10

i have an 06 dually with a 6 inch lift and 315's on the stock rims. I powdercoated them black and they look sick. Also, I pull 20,000 pounds on a regular basis and have never had any problems. i had to put a spacer between the duals, tho.

I just put 315" on some stock Furd wheels on my D-Max. They look OK,but they rub so they are coming off :(.
I think Furd had 7" wheels.

I put a set of BFG MT's in a 315/75/16 on fact Z71 wheels on my 99 Silverado reg cab short bed. They wore well for the 20k or so miles that I had it. Looked badass too.

Did you cut your front valence and trim or beat the sheet metal and fender liner at the rear of the wheel well? If you do that they wont rub..

I have an anftermarket bumper so that's not an issue but the fender is. Yeah,I have ground and cut the fender with a sawzall. I'm going to do a bit more work to it but I think they will still rub under flex :(. I guess I'll just go back to 285"s.

That sucks man I know of a lot of people that abuse their trucks with 315's with no problem. I know of one person said they could run it through a bean field and over drainage grates or something like that at 35mph and his wouldnt rub. Maybe hell chime in, if not i think it was under an H2 wheel discussion.
