I want to install a push button manual GP control, but would first like to confirm that I hook it up right. Anyone have a schematic or can tell me what the correct hook up is for my '92 6.5 TD. It has the controller that is mounted on the block right behind the drivers side valve cover. I beleive it is a Borg Warner electronic controller, with the large post/large hot wire in, a 5 small wire plug on the side, and the large post/large double wire to GPs. Can I just wire the button between the two large posts or ???
Oh yeah, I just installed new 60G plugs and only plan to use the manual contol as a back up on real cold starts when I'm not able to plug in to AC.
