hey guys just bought my first diesel very happy so far. I just do not know really to much about them and do have a lot lf ?'s for you guys. but to just start off for now is there any difference in quality or performance on where you get fuel or do the have say for example I saw one time a station said it had a (ceatine) I do not know if that was spelled correctly rating of 40 does diesel fuel have any different rating like regular gas 87,89,91 stuff like that ?

The new LSD fuel is all the same.....Tex, BP, Ex, Shell all the same fuel.

Now, what I do suggest is getting your fuel from a station that always has rigs like ours.. and or box trucks lined up at the pump. With that line always there you know there is always fresh fuel in the below ground tank.

Or get it from a local truck stop, diesel is always being pumped there.
