Im running into a problem with horrible rock chipping.

I have some mudflaps from duraflap but cant mount them ( no clearance on front tires).

If you have a non lifted truck with fron flaps and h2's can you post a pic and mount description.

on edit.........

The owner of the company is going to custom build some mudflaps that will work with my h2's.

We are working with pictures/phone to resolve this.

He is very nice and helpful. A very kind person and easy to work with.

GMC I think he has the stock H2 BFG's. Over 34" of tire. I had to remove my front mudflaps, just no clearance left. I'm picking up chips on my rockers too. I think I'm gonna linex the lowers.

What about the molded flaps from GM? They don't go into the wheel well like conventional mud flaps. At least I think they don't.

I had to pull the molded flaps off, that 1/4" of space they were taking up was too much. Although I'm going to try and trim them to fit and see if they'll work without that innermost mounting point.

I had to cut the flaps from GM. I have 285s on stock rims right now. They were rubbing on the part that sticks out. A little trim later and no more rubbing.

I have Dee-Zee running boards with the attached, moulded mudflaps. Had to do some creative trimming to get them to fit, but now they are only a thin strip on the OUTSIDE of the fender flare. Much trial and error and slow trimming but the result keeps everything off the running board and therefore the rockers are clean too.
I'll post a pic if your interested in trying this...

I used a grinder on the GM flaps and my 285s clear fine now. The grinder melts the plastic down nicely!
