: T/C Repair kit from Merchant 2005GMC 10-24-2007, 09:23 PM I'm thinking about ordering a repair kit from Merchant Automotive for my 2005 w/263 Transfer Case. I don't have a rub, just want to repair it before I happens,What comes with the kit? Instructions included? Do you use the "CLIP" with this upgrade kit. You'll be glad you did the up-grade. BTW, the clips don't really do much once the new part is in place......one of mine was broke so I just took it out.
