are you running a power adder or what? What were the conditions? 700 is just that there is a code in the trany brain.

That is the code that says the TCM requested the PCM to turn on the MIL. Usually means you limped the SOB.

Stocker. Trans is Slipping bad. Trying to shift manually has no affect. Starting slipping when got part 40mph then after stopping & restarting it's slips in first & does not shift right in any range

Stocker everything, No pulling, normal driving. It just starting Slipping bad going to work this morning. Trying to shift manually has no affect. Starting slipping when got past 40mph then after stopping & restarting it's slips in first & does not shift right in any range. Also the code 734 showed up too. These readings were taken off a 01 software & this is a 02 unit so i know readings would or could be different with the proper software.

Shifting manualy wont have any effect. Once you place it in D its all getting shifted electronicly, there isnt any little spool valve deal like a oldschool trany.

if its under warantee take it to the dealer. If not I would recomend if your spending the $$$ you might as well get a transgo shiftkit and a good single disk if you plan to stay stock, if you are thinking of cranking up the power a stage 3 suncoast or the like would be a good idea. JMO

Were you at? close to Mike L in CA or Eric in MI???

eDIT: IT MAY BE FRIED OR IT MIGHT NOT BE......MIGHT BE SOMETHING SIMPLE BUT IF YOUR DRIVING IT WITH IT SLIPPING ITS PROBABLY TOASTING IT. WHENS THE LAST TIME YOU CHANGED THE SPIN ON FILTER? wHATS THE FLUID LOOK LIKE?
