Looking for ideas and suggestions for a pair of headrest monitors, reasonably priced. I'd be content with the style that clamps on the headrest posts or the style that is built-in, though the former is certainly cheaper than the latter. So far have looked at the wide variety of stuff on e-bay, but don't want to get anything too cheap or cheezy. I alreay have a DVD player from leftover from another vehicle so just looking for monitors. Anyone use the Pyramid 7.2 monitors on ebay? Any sources or brands I should look for or stay away from?

Jeeptug,
i have a couple (9ea) xenarc 700YV monitors that i picked up from ebay for a decent price, and have decided to sell a couple of them. the only issue is that you would need to get new cables for them, the original owner cut of the VGA, 1 rca video, & 1 rca audio connector from the thing, so all it has is 1 rca video connector left on it as input. you would also need to get the headrest mounting bar that they offer (never came with unit, sold seperately).
so each unit i have comes with the following:
1ea xenarc 700yv 7" lcd - syncs to 1600x1200 vga, 16:9 & 4:3
1ea video cable with only 1ea rca video input
1ea a/c power adapter
1ea swivel head mount - with flat base removed
let me know.... we could even do an ebay auction for ya if you want to do that as well.

www.mp3playerstore.com I've bought a few sets off these guys and have been fairly happy with them. 300 bucks for headrest and monitors built right in. I've had 1 monitor go bad, and it was 25 bucks to to replace it. very decent picture, and pricing was great.
