Anybody tried one of them from Wester's Garage?

Yep. Still running it. Know of several others too. Wasn't at the dyno shop when this happened, but seen the chart of just over five and a quarter at the wheels, and seen this truck run a sub 13 sec 1/4 mile pass. Give Lyndon a call and chat

I've been back and forth by email with Lyndon today. He is suppossed to be getting the guys at BR Powersource to email me some dyno sheets. I am interested in the curve shape to see if there is any more bottom end vs some of the boxes. It would work good for me location wise because Wester's is only 2 hours south of where I live.

I'm looking at the Edge with Attitude sitting next to my desk. I like the adjustability and Attitude but an also wondering about some of the other programming that is available. Lyndon does and excellent job with his programs. I do alot of work with him an am very confident in his work. Plus he has also been seeing some very good mileage gains to go along with the added power.

Don't expect a dyno sheet until next week, as he(Bernie Br Powersource) is at Lyndons as we speak and isn't home till early next week. His pcm is the best power i've tried out of all the modules and tuners, though i haven't tried the tts extreme, so i don't know how it would match up. I'm gonna guess pretty close, as they seem to be pretty close with dyno numbers and 1/4 mile times, but would love to square them off and see which is the best :ro)

HeartbeatCanada - have you tried any of his more moderate PCM's something 150 hp or lower. I was close to buying a VA 90-150 box but am really intrigued by Wester's. Do you have any comparo notes on something like this?

The lowest one i have tried and dynoed was the first one he sent me, and that was at 200hp.

That's a little too aggressive for me - the ole alli would be cinders in a pretty big hurry.

Still waiting on the dyno sheets for these one's. Emailed Lyndon again today to see what he's got. My only concern is that if you go this way you have no way of returning your truck in its stock form to the dealer for any issues vs unplugging a box. I too would like to see a little head to head comparo of the TTS and Wester's, TTS certainly has a bigger following around this site (from what I can tell).

Gota have a spare stock brain and you just swap em.

Is the westers tune switchable on the fly?

I don't know if there is any adjustability. So the TTS ECM has multiple programs in it?

Wester's has it on thier site along with some pricing.

TTS ecm could have 30,80,120 or 80,120,200+ all switchable on the run.NLDP

yes TTS is switchable witch is a must have IMO on a BIG tune. Even on a nice smoot delivered big program cruise gets easily pissed off IMO much over 125 added HP or so. Plus the driving in the rain or snow you dont want to be running around set on kill. I have plowed with the TTS set to 80 added HP and it is VERY controlable and smooth. I also run on the highway in the 80 hp zone just becasue the cruise dosnt get pissed off as esily. I dont really ever run in the 120 so I dont know what its like?

If I could buy a ecm with say 0-80-150, thats a perfect fit for me. That way I can set it to zero for dealer services or troubleshooting - 80 for everyday - and 150 for messing around.
