What do you guys prefer? I would like to order it before the truck gets here so I can put it on right away. And if AFE who do you guys but it from?
Thanks

if you are looking for a pwer increase look elsewere IMO. AFE progaurd would be my choice if I was choosing though. I do have an AFE stage 2 and it makes lotsa noise. Not bad quality either

Edit: I would sujjest using any of the supporting vendors here for any of your purchases. Take a look in the vendor forum for a list.

I prefer the AFE intakes. They are well built and easy to install. Recent tests have shown the AFE PG7 to be an excellent filter. Let me know if I can help.

If you were choosing between the two, AFE would be my choice. I've run both and thats just my opinion. A lot of people have been saying that stock is more than enough for a modded truck even.... I wouldnt reccommend either if you're in very dusy operating conditions.

I've only run the AFE and the stock paper.... so I'm partial to the AFE.

It makes the turbo whistle much louder than stock.:)

AFE's customer service is good as well. My intake tube was too long... they sent a new one to me, at no cost.

Stay with the stock paper element, and spend your money on a performance box and guages instead...
