I just tripped the 1093 code twice this evening,both times the truck ran like crap and wouldn't rev over 2000 rpm's. Had my Predator set on 65hp and Edge J/A set on 5. Truck would miss at WOT then almost shut down. Would a pusher pump cure this or will I still have issues? Would a FASS system be a good upgrade or do I need more?

My LLY Predator will trip the 1093 when it is less than 180 deg water temp.

The real fix is for someone to release a real tuner, a PCM editor so you can disable codes, much like LS1Edit does for GM gas motors.

I may be mistaken but isnt there some Edge issues on the LLY's setting this?

I already read about the "issues" in some other threads,but haven't found any solutions. I didn't have this problem with the Edge J/A even on level 5. The problem started after I stacked the Predator. Truck was also running around 210 when the code was thrown.

My LLY Edge acted up on a dyno day and went into "engine protect". I do not remember if 1093 showed up, but it threw a buttload of codes.

When racing the LLY Edge, it never coded on my truck. Dyno shy I guess.

You should certainly isolate it between the tuners.

Unplug the Edge and set the Predator at 100HP. Drive it for awhile. Then unload the Predator, snap the Edge back on and try again. Let us know what happens. With an unstacked Predator I can throw a 1093. I'm not sure if I ever threw a 1093 with the Edge unstacked.

If it is the Predator, maybe we can talk them into deleting the 1093 code. It's a simple programming fix, but it's software.

I'll give that a shot tomorrow.Just for the record I've ran the Edge unstacked for around 8000 code free miles(other than tranny issues).

The Juice/***. alone would do it and also with the Pup stack. So far so good with the Juice/***. Predator stack. Seems to do the best with Pred. at 85 and ***. at 4. I think a pump would definately help. There is a distinctive "missing" that happens when you give her the business.

I had the reflash done about 2 months ago. Has worked fine until i added the Predator last week.

I have an 02 and when I updated the Predator to 1.11 I started getting this missing thingy, while stacked with the Attitude. With the stack and the older Predator 1.08 I did not have this missing thingy going on. Does anyone know if the missing thingy is low fuel rail pressure or the rev limiter kicking in? My thoughts is that it is the rev limiter kicking in but I will not know until someone other than FASS makes a fully automatic lift pump.

I got the 1093 yesterday again.

I did about 6 drag passes with the Predator on 100HP, and it was fine.

I left the racetrack with the trailer, and it threw it.

I haven't thrown a 1093 yet, even with the Edge on 5 and a PPE on hot. Haven't tried the DMaximizer cranked full up with both the others cranked yet tho. Running a 10psi feed pump since new. If it does burst or code with the third box, I have a 60psi secondary feeder ready to bolt on with WOT relay feed already on. Blocking the code would help, but keepin the rail full is better... On the "testers thread", my Edge will shut off 1 & 2 until it reaches about 180*, then full fuel from all three to 130mph. Dyno numbers by next week, unless the 4000rpm program will be done close to then...T
