My LLY has 1000 miles. When cold - up to 180 - the truck (http://www.adsrve.com/linkredirect.php?h=515,22457217,dieselplace.com,1) is smoooth. As soon as it gets above 180, it gets very loud. Sounds like pilot injection turns off, but occurs at lower rpm's - 1500 up.

I run Stanadyne. No smoke, Truck (http://www.adsrve.com/linkredirect.php?h=515,22457217,dieselplace.com,0) built 06/04. I'm not sure whether this is something that a reflash will fix, or what. Truck runs strong, regardless. I didn't see anything adressing these symptoms in the TSB's, but I have been known to be blind one eye, can't see out of the other. Just thought I'd check here before heading to dealer. Man, I wish this was an LB7...

Reflash will fix it. Take it to your dealer and tell them of you problems and they should reflash it.
