My display on my Edge is really dim and can hardly read it. What is this cause from?? Also when i change between power settings its readable again. But only when displaying Gauge info i can hardly see it.

Check Your Manual....you Can Adjust The Back Lighting On The Monitor...i Think It Is Simply By Pressing The Up Or Down Arrow

You push the bottom "enter" button to adjust the backlight. Try to push it a couple of times and you will see the difference in the backlighting. It will have three stages, bright, dim, off.

Mine was doing the EXACT same thing as you describe. Read fine when changing parameters, but went dim when you would switch back to guage readout. I tried adjusting the back light but it did not help. I started this thread here. Not a whole lot of info though.

Last weekend I un-installed my edge all the way and am now running my predator.

Let me know if you come up with a fix. I may put the edge back on.

just contact Edge and they'll most likely replace it for you if it's a problem.
