For a while now I have had the P1093 code and one dealership told me I need a new injector pump. The only thing I have done to my truck is a 5 inch turbo back exhaust(well you know 4 inch DP, 5 inch after). I was sitting on break at work pondering what im going to do with my life and the first thing that came to my head was....is my 5 inch exhaust the cause of my fuel problem... I know its probably not but I was just curious. The reason I ask is all of these newer electronic diesels monitor boost pressure, and calculate fueling based on that boost pressure, right? Well with that said, a lazy turbo will surley affect how much fuel is delivered, which could maybe result in a loss of performance in the long run? Like I said, I doubt my exhaust has anything to do with the problem but I was just throwing out some ideas, like....is it possible? Anyone care to reply?

Exhaust has nothing to do with low fuel rail pressure.

The exhaust shouldn't have anything to do with it. Anymore info on what year and all that good stuff is on your truck?

truck is an 02. Nothing is done to it, except the exhaust. How much are you selling pumps for tony?
