It says Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Control. I turned it off 3 times with my predator programmer and it keeps coming back on. Should I be worried. I plan on taking it to the dealer, but was just wondering if I should go ASAP or will it be alright for a day or two?

No, you will be fine till you take it in. Do you have aftermarket exhaust or cat delete or, this will do it sometimes..... Just curious becasue if not your egr valve is only jamming up. Not a problem to wait.

I still have stock exhaust and intake. The only mod I have is a Diablosport Predator programmer.

I would go ahead and take it in. Set programmer to stock..

I had the same code about a month ago, took it to the dealer they did an ECM software update with no luck. Turned out to be a bad ERG. Replaced it and no problems since.

it is a common problem with the lbz. we have been doing the valve, and the motors. this particular code is a motor only code as it is an electrical pulse code. not a performance code. don't say anything though because they may replace the whole valve if they aren't dmax experienced.

Yep, got it covered here, unistall the programmer and hide it under that sweatshirt in the backseat.. :D and bring it on in. This a a more common problem in the LBZ's. Like stacks said and everyone esle. Hope this helps

I just had mine done..... 59k on it. Turns out mine was the egr motor? Although I had a extended warranty they should cover it under the emmissions warranty? Check in to it.

Brought mine in for the same code. Blocked, fingered, and catless since first 500 miles. Turned out to have a ton of stored codes and they found a bad ground. The repair sheet said ground lug kit. Zero codes since.

The actuator was bad, and apparently this is a common problem since the actuator is on backorder and it would be weeks to get one in. They changed the whole EGR valve and everything is OK now.

I am throwing the same p0403 code. I have no Cat or Muffler & running edge juice with attitude. What should I do? Like an idiot I do not have my cat and am kind of worried about what the dealership is going to say.. Suggestions?
