I'd like to find a true "bolt on" 3.5 or 4 inch exhaust for the Burban. However after the nightmare I had with a Warpspud exhaust on my 1/2 ton pickup, I am going to be cautious.
I'd like to hear from anyone with a 3/4 Suburban that has had good luck installing theirs. Not interested in anything that had to be heated, bent, welded, etc.. I would cut a pipe with a Sawzall if needed, but have no tools to flare a 4" pipe.
The burban currently has the Flowmaster down pipe, which has the 4 bolt flange on the end- so I see that as a possible obstacle to a "Driveway installation".

I have the Heath 4" one on mine it was slightly improved installation over the Banks 3.5" I put on the truck,
Information I recall/can gather no 2 Burbs are alike so those are worst installs of them all, evidently where GM said X marks the spot for hangars was somewhat subjective, and a one kit fits all for Burbs has not always been the case, regardless who's you get it seems.
Mine was a driveway install, instructions were poor, but if you have done one before you should manage okay.
1 word Swaz-All is the ticket for easy old system removal, pull inner fender from drivers side for easier downpipe install,
One thing I really did like about the Heath exhause is the ball & socket connection at downpipe, infinite possibilities to tweak the exhaust alignment.

Currently working on installing my Heath 4" right now with new crossover, I am currently working on using wraparound clamps rather than the supplied U-Clamps for easy future disassembly. This means adapting the hangar clamps somewhat. Was planning on posting about it after I'm done. Like TD said poor instructions, in fact he and I shot the sxxx for a while the other day about this. Thanks Tim. I agree with the removing the inner wing method, why anyone would want to do anything on the Passanger side without spending the extra 20mins to get it off I'll never know.
cheers
