Did they ever add the 04’s to those covered for 200K? I know they added the 03’s but never heard about the 04’s. any place I can double check?

I am 83k now and chopping at the bit for a chip, but will probably hold off if I am in fact covered for 200k.

I'd say by now its prettyyy unlikely. The '04's were supposedly the first ones with the "new" design injectors; you're probably best off taking it in just before it goes out of warranty (100k for now) and paying the 1hr diag. fee to make sure they're not going south.
