I believe they sell on ebay for around $300. If you have the rear seat entertainment (just audio controls) then you have the CD. If you have the Entertainment Package (U42) and the NAV system (UVB) then you'll have a DVD player. There is no upgrade to the CD unit, you would need to replace it. However, if you add a GMLockpick you could add an external DVD player and route that through the head unit.
