Went into the stealers today, cause it was my turn for injector problems. After they checked it out, it was comfirmed, that my injectors went bad. (2002 @ 59K) They also updated my ECM, and TCM. I was under the understanding that they updated anytime you took your truck in? I was charged 85.00 for this, is this the standard? There is a 3 week backorder on my injectors, now i gotta wait.:confused:

If you did not sign or authorize the updates you don’t have to pay for it. If the updates specifically corrected a complaint of yours it is worth the money, if not don’t pay. I am pretty sure that what they are doing is getting some extra $$$ from you to cover the difference between what GM is paying them for the injector repair and the actual time they have invested in the repairs.
