Where is everybody putting egt probes? I have seen a lot of varyance in temps so I am curious if I can't read gauges or my truck is hotter than most.

If you replace the Edge probe with a bit quicker one (I got the stupid fast probe from JK) it reads extremely fast. I can get it to go from 400 degrees to 2000 plus in a matter of seconds. I have the same type of probe for my SPA and it pegs the gauge out at 1792 degrees.
