After towing a load to fl i turned the truck off and in wouldnt start back up. On star said the engine light being on was due to a fuel rail pressure sensor. This is the second time ive had trouble....the first was the engine light just came on and on star said it was my exhaust...after a day or so it went off. Its at the stealership now..no word. Is anyone having this much trouble with the lmm? after spending 50k on a truck and it wont run im kinda thinking i shouldve waited till they worked all the bugs out of the lmm......

As of yet its still stock. No codes that i know of....i have no way of checking...unless they come up on the dic. The only thing i done different was i ran bio b20 in it. It ran fine for bout 300 miles then...nuttin.

For what it is worth, I had heard from a mechanic that on a new Durmax they found a small piece of metal (or sum such) inside the fuel rail (just one bank); making the pressure low on one side of the engine (4 cylinders). That happened about 3 weeks ago; either an 08 or an 07.5 model.

Well the service guy stated that the biodiesel is more likely the cause. Since the check engine light wasnt on wHEN they got it they cant be for sure. He also stated that some new memo, advisory or something is comming out telling folks not to run bio in the lmm.... Something to do with when the engine is hot it has a hard time starting. He said a code of some sort was in it and since i tow so often that the computer makes the engine regen way too often. He then said they reprogrammed the computer not to regen so often. SO IS HE FOS?
