I just installed a Titan 45 gallon tank. Can EFI Live program my ECM for the new 45 gallon tank instead of the standard 26 gallon tank.

If worse comes to worse you could always buy a cheap fuel gauge from Jegs that's programmable and put it somewhere until you mount it after your trip.
