in other words can I sell my PPE LMM tuner to someone and will they be able to use it on their truck?

i believe the tuner is locked once you install a tune onto your truck. you can unlock it by choosing the "back to stock" option to bring your truck back to stock, hence unlocking the tuner also. somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

yes you can sell it with no probs

As long as you return the donor truck to stock before selling the tuner you can install it on another truck, you just can not install the tuner on 2 trucks at the same time.
