does anyone know anything about a fuel rail spring kit to keep constant fuel pressure to run hotter programs? Possibly by PPE. Or can anyone send me any posts on this????????????????????

Thanks:cool:

I think you are talking about a FPRV or Fuel Pressure Release Valve I believe. It is on the end of the fuel rail and controls the flow of fuel back to the tank if I am not mistaken. PPE sells them and they are very cheap. Really just paying for the instructions.

Issue is that they are a PITA to get off the truck. Need to be really sure to use a 6 point box end wrench or socket so as not to round off the large nut. I believe it is either 18 or 19mm.

yes do a search for it. ton's of info. but they will pop off only when the pressure hits the preset spring pressure of the relief valve. some get weak and release to early setting a code. they have a shim kit and also a complete race valve shutting it off completely.
