my truck is knocking and surging, do u just plug the tech II in an it reads what the truck has for program or do u have to download it to find out, if it has to b downloaded can it b printed to show customer.

The tech II is a wonderful tool...if you know how to use it. Its a complex device that will tell you anything you want to know.. if you know what its telling you. Anything you put in a tech-2 can be printed out using TIS-2000
