You can forget the mpg readings on the DIC with a tuner installed. About the only thing that remains accurate is the odometer. The gas calculations are thrown off by the tuner.


Before using the Quad on my truck, the "Gallons Used" number was fairly accurate (+/- a tenth or two), but the last tank I checked to confirm the error with tuner installed and it was a good two gallons off.

Mine is off by 7-8 MPG, but it is still good when used only as a relative number based on other tanks running the same tune.
