I have been considering getting a max-e-torq for a while and would like to know if anyone has had any problems after instaling it? I have herd of people blowing their engines after instaling programers/chips, and i cant have that happen because i need this truck to last me a while. any input on the negative side of instaling one of these would be appreciated.

I have alot of Heath Diesel products and still buying more every day, The max-e-torq chip is an excellant product and you get the best performance possible if you compliment the chip with exhaust and an air intake of some sort also you will need to get Boost/Pyrometer gauges...... The HO injectors is also an excellant upgrade and will get approximitly 40-45 more horsepower and good torque response also.. I would recommend all and any of heath diesels products, especially the chip and injectors, Exhaust, intake kits, gauge kits so on and so forth... I hope this helps out...

Horsepower "bolt ons" are not collective. If you add up all the HP claims of various products, then most everyone should be building about 647.25 horsepower, and 1000 lbs of torque. Read up further... you'll find not really so in real world.

I think most of us are still waiting on the dyno graphs of a full 40-45 horse increase from injectors.

True! I have to agree but the seat of your pants will always feel the difference! I have installed the Max-e-torq, Ho injectors, PMD kit, New injection pump and what a difference it made!!!!!!!! I haven't had any problems with the products from Heath Diesel as they are first rate products, the only problems that I have had is the common CRACKING in the main web!!!!
