After this december's leave I am taking, I will be out of warranty in less than a year from the purchase of my truck.

My question to the techs here, is what I can do before I leave at the dealer, to have them give the truck a big once-over so I can be sure that no TSB's and anything like that either a: apply or b: get fixed before it runs out.

I currently have a bit over 25,000 miles and when I drive from alaska to michigan and back, "that's all folks" on the warranty. Not to mention I'll need to do an oil change while I am in michigan.. LOL

At least my engine warranty got started off fresh at 11000 miles when a stuck injector caused the #7 piston to go... got a new engine out of that one.

Any help is greatly appreciated. VIN Number available for PM if any of you tech gurus has resources where you could check what I need to have checked.

Well I sure hope you got a trip to MI planned and you didnt forget about stopping in for a visit..while your here, we can give your truck the "almost out of warranty and fix everything that needs to be fixed for free" inspection
Oh, and that oil change will be a non issue too!
