Biggest scam going, ties into your Intake air temp sensor or your coolant temp sensor, both of which are thermistors. Uses resistors to "fool" them ECM that the air is cooler then it actually is and that will put more fuel in... More fuel is fed in colder air for combustion.

Which surprises me though is the fact that they do not mention the enormous engineering effort that went into this device plus the high-end 64 bit RISC processor used.
