I posted this one time but I think I posted in the wrong section. I have a 2002 Chevy 2500 HD CC Duramax. My Power Programmer III screwed up and had to be sent back to the factory. My problem is that I can't download my stock programming back into the ECM. I am going to have to take it into the dealer to have the injectors looked at in the near future. Since I can't download it back to stock with the programmer I will need the ECM reflashed back to the stock programming. I don't want to take it to the dealer so I am looking for someone who has a GM Tech 2 tool who can reflash it for me. I live in Statesville, North Carolina. If anyone lives near me or knows of someone in my area who can help please let me know. I appreciate anyones assistance. Thanks.

I feel your pain on that one. I did the same thing with my truck, accept after I had a 135 Quad tuner installed, someone stole my tuner, so I wanted to reflash back to stock. Well my options were get it reflashed at the dealership for $100, have a local guy with an EFI live reflash it stock for me and pay him $100 for a license key, or buy another Quad tuner and the 135 tune would now be my stock tune. I opted to to pick up a used Quad tuner for $200. Now my old 135 quad tune is downloaded as my stock tune, and I can now change it down to 30hp or 50hp or whatever, if I want, which all I wanted to do anyway. You might call Hypertech and ask them if you can do what I did. Even though I can't get my stock program back with the Quad, there is no way the dealer can tell, if I only have a 30hp tow tune in it. They are not that smart.

I would lean on the Power Programmer people to flash it back to stock. Or send it to me and I'll do it for you.
