I bought a ppe exerator standard version form T&T motorsports off of ebay i will never do that again they have sent me the wrong tuner I recived the ecomomy and not the standard. So I called them alittle over two weeks ago to try and get the problem fixed the said we will get one right out to you. Called them this morning to see what the deal was and the guy on the phone started to tell me that I needed to send the one that i have in to them so then they can send me a new one I told him no that they need to send me a new one and that I will send the wrong one back to them. So do I have a right to be a little pissed cause next day air takes two weeks to deliver the wrong tuner

I'm sorry that i rambled a little bit. But basically i was try to say is that I was sent the wrong tuner, and T&S motor sports is very slow about fixing there mistakes. I think that that makes PPE look really bad in my eyes. I like the tuner that they sent me, but its not the one that I ordered. I want the standard and i was sent the economy. The difference is the standard has 4 tunes and the economy has 3. That is y I'm mad.

If you buy from T&S Motorsports, and they are screwing you, how in the world does that make PPE look bad? It makes no one but T&S Motorsports look bad. It makes no difference what product it was, or who the manufacturer was, the Distributor can't get their shit together. Keep that in mind. Does T&S Motorsports sell other products than PPE? If so, (and I honestly don't know) does that make all other manufacturers of products T&S may sell look bad as well? Dan offering to help is very noble IMO.
Now, it sucks that T&S doesn't take customer service seriously, and I hope it works out for you, but also keep in mind that businesses typically don't just resend product until the other one has been returned. They have no idea if you are really going to return it. But, I am sure it's frustrating when things don't work out. Good luck, and I hope you get your correct PPE product soon. This also is another glaring example of why vendors like the ones of Ebay have less accountability then say, a supporting vendor of this site. Maybe pay a few bucks more, but the transition almost assuredly would have went smoother.

Ya, I dont think its a good idea to come here to a site that doesnt endorse your seller in any way (Being a Vendor), as well as badmouthing someone who is here (PPE themselves) when they do nothing but manufacture the product. There are feedback sections of websites for this.... in this case eBay.

I was going to tell you to call Dan or Joe at PPE and they would more than happy to help you out. But I see Dan beat me to it. PPE stands behind there product and hope there distributors do the same. Weeding of bad distributors is only done by letting the company know about the problems and the distributor.

Just because its cheaper on Ebay dont mean its a better deal! Customer service is worth more than you think.

I was screwed with and done wrong when i bought somthing off the Market Place her and yes it was a PPE But it doesn't make PPE wrong or bad nor this sight even though i think somone should have steped in on the bull and the run around i was getting but that has nothing to do with PPE because there a awsome company and this place isn't bad either.......lol

If you paid for it using Paypal you can dispute it with them. This causes their paypal account to be locked till you and them settle the dispute. I did this twice with some ebay A-holes and boy did they act fast to have the account from being locked.

I did not read this as bad mouthing PPE at all. it looked like he was letting people know about a bad experience with a distributor. its good to know.

and if it wasn't worth reading why would you take tour time to post?

Geez, lighten up on the guy will ya? He is having problems with a distributor on e-Bay and came on here to let others know about it. I for one am glad he did as now I can cross them off my list of people I will buy from. I will say, though, that typically vendors won't ship out new product until they receive the wrong product back. What's to stop people from scamming them in that case? And for what is is worth manufacturers do care about their distributors not taking care of customers as evidenced by Dan stepping up to lend a hand. People sometimes throw the baby out with the bath water when a transaction goes wrong.

I posted it just trying to help, I wasn't bad mouthing ppe. Thank you Dan I will let you know if I can't get the problem resolved. I do regret not buying it from a supporting vendor, but hide side is always 20/20.

wow....not to mention the fact that you had a little typo in your own post...it would seem as though you didn't move on, but rather made it your goal to rip into this guy...when all he really wanted was some advice and to be able to give us a heads up about a shitty vendor on fleabay...
