Thought this was funny since Toyota use to advertise their new Tundra and how badass it is all the time :)

No offense guys, I am as much a GM guy as the next, but do you really expect a SRW 1500 to tow that trailer? No matter how awesome there "race" trucks are, a SRW would never tow that. I guess you can bash Chevys nascar teams because they are towed by Freightliners and not a Chevy. Same difference here...

Priceless pic tho

So Toyota should of got a frieghtliner too :p:

I understand why they got a Silverado though, its a great deal and for the price of a Tundra they got themselves a great heavy duty pick up, sweet mercey :D

the one guy said he wanted to tow a combine, and the tow capacity is 10k, not many combines weigh under 10k. or are towed w/pickups.

Unfortunately that appears to be a photoshop job. Zoom in on the truck to trailer clearance and you'll see no room to turn a corner. There's probably the same shot at the ford and dodge sites with their trucks in the same spot...

I sure like it though!

Maybe they should have used the new ford superduty f 450 I hear they will tow anything, according to ford..., and anybody ford pays to say it..., and die hard ford fans that haven't driven anything else. LOL.

It's because the truck is on a decline where as the trailer is fairly level. So it does look tight but when it evens out it would probably be fine.

Maybe Toyota can tow with one of their 1980's era one tons (remember those fine heavy duty machines?)
