I have an opportunity to pick up a set of Jesse James Lawless 18x10 8-165.1 wheels with Nitto Terrain Grapplers for 1150.00. Rims in good to excellent shape, slight scratches that can be buffed out and tires are 355-65-18 and have 80% plus tread left.

I'm thinking good deal here. Also since I don't have my lift yet would a set of cutouts allow me to run these?
