There is a rubber boot where the drive shaft goes into the transmission. There is a little hole in the bottom of that rubber boot. There is evidence of grease on the shaft by the boot as if there is suppose to be grease in the boot.
I am I suppose to shoot grease in the boot with a needle grease tip every now and then?

The boot is a dust cover and the hole you see is an air bleed. No grease in that hole.
