I have an 05 with the manual dual controler. When driving down the road with the heat and ac off and blower speed turned to 0 it still blows a good amount of air through the vents. If you adjust the temperature setting from cold to warm the temp does change. Is this common or is there a problem? Shouldnt there be no airflow coming from the vents when the sytem is shut off? thanks

mine seems to do that as well... my 99 did not have this problem..

i just turn the air to recirc and it stops

Mine does it to. So does a couple of my buddys chevy's. My dads 07 gas job does it also

I recently noticed this, and now I turn my fan off when on the highway to keep it from burning out from use (I used to always leave it on 1). Figured I'd use this "feature" to keep fresh air in my truck.
