When the temp outside gets below 65 degrees, my 2003 LB7 with 128,000 miles runs like its running out of fuel. Soon as it gets to a good running temp, 185 Deg., it runs fine. New fuel Filter, starts fine,new fuel injection control module from dealer, no smoke at idle, bone stock. ANY IDEAS??? GREAT SITE! GREAT INFO
