I want to pass on some good feed back on a company. I noticed a small wear hole on my Extang tonneau cover right where it sits on the left end of the center bow. I picked up the cover about one year ago. After talking to customer service at Extang, I was told to send it for inspection and they would decide if it would be covered by the warranty or not. I sent it out on a Friday figuring it would not be covered. I was surprised to get a call on Wednesday saying a new one was on the way and it was covered. That was some good and fast service.
