Go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcBEhqDxF34 and tell me what you think it might be. It only does this every once and while. It seems to only do it at cold start, and stops when I accelerate the first time and it wont happen again for a couple weeks.

Is the sneezing sound what your referring too?

Is it coming from the front of the motor? If so, it kind of sounds like the idler pulley bearing.

You might try and remove the serpentine belt and spin the different pulleys independantly. While doing that pull up and down, in and out, and try to feel for ratcheting in the bearing. Should help to pinpoint where it is coming from.

Sound like pully.

sounds like a mild belt squeak or the idler pully. on the belt squeak people have found that where the letters are on the belt causing the squeak.

my belt squeeked when my truck was brand new. Had warenty put on a new belt and all was good.
