I recently did a search of "mud flaps" on the net, and here, and ended up at the Dura Flap site, of Grants Pass, OR. http://duraflap.com/
I have to brag about them because in all my years of buying aftermarket products, I have always had some kind of problem during the installation.
These went on super easy, look nice, and fit perfectly, and snug up into the inside of the fender well. All hardware is stainless steel.
Dennis, the owner has indicated that any member of this forum would receive a 10% discount on their purchase.

The size totally depends on what you are doing with your truck. I only went with the rear because I have running boards, and the front is built into them.
I tow a 5th wheel trailer, and Dennis made some custom adjustments for my specific situation. Given that the rear of the truck goes up or down, without or with a load.
The installation uses the existing fender holes, just pop out the snap plugs, and put in the bolts. It also uses a bracket off the upper fender strut. Very rigid after installing.
Call him for your application. He will ask you what you want, and make it that way.
Super easy guy to work with.
He is a small business, trying to make a buck the old fashion way, using customer service and a quality product.
Have a good one.

I wish I would have found out about the discount about 3 weeks ago before I bought some. I ordered the drill-less ones they listed under the two wheel drive section and then got an email stating that they were changing my order because the ones I ordered for the front were too short. I went back and double checked and those were the only drill-less ones listed, but at least they fixed the problem. Mine actualy didn't go on that great by the way because they sent me the wrong bolts, but they did send me right ones after I emailed them.

the only reason you got a discount is because you told him you were a IRS agent. Probably scared the poor guy to death.):h

Hope you had a great turkey day, Mike.
Truck is still running like gang busters.
Take care.

Here's a couple pictures of the flap.
I like the way it snugs up into the fender well.
The material is quite ridgid, and does not "sail".

I also went with DuraFlaps.
Only issue I had was the front tires rubbing at full tilt. Had to remove the fronts :(
This is due to my lift and not the flap.
Install was easy and they are great material!
