just bought BD manifold, banks six gun with PDA,banks intake, straight pipe exhaust, and egr blocker and finger stick. how do i go about installing ? which one goes first and does it matter ? i just dontwant tosee any codes when im done.i was thinking if i do the finger and blocker that when i install the six gun it will see a problem with egr and throw codes. also if was to dump the stock turbo and go with something like aurora 3000 and maybe some injectors how does the banks react to that.
thanks any help would be appreciated

I would do exhaust with BD manifold, egr blocker and finger stick, banks intake, banks six gun.
It really doesn't matter, but I would do the six gun last since you will need to put the exhaust probe into the BD manifold.

Does the six-gun block the egr codes? you may want to try the banks before the finger stick.

im not sure maybe somebody with finger stick experience can chime in as for the six gun it looks like it does a lot of neat stuff from reading the directions but i didnt seem to see anything about egr

The banks sixgun has non-adverstise egr defeat program. You should not need the finger stick. Put in the blocker plate & then add the sixgun & see if you need the finger stick. If you do just put it in. You should not need it. I have the finger stick in because I had the edge juice & they did not have the option. I had it hidden away nice & neat I did not want to pull it out.

you dont need to think about a turbo unless you have reached over 450 rear wheel Hp on a dyno, and even at that point if your EGT is reasonable you maybe able to get to 550 with a stock turbo... Stock trans will give you some trouble when you start to push it past 370 rear wheel HP maybe slightly more. For the most part they will hold a 90 hp tune if you do a transgo JR kit and dont pound it really hard. Injectors are not a issue until your over 500 RWHP , you need lift pumps to get more then 100 hp then stock(even at 100 hp a single pump helps).

thanks mark now are you saying that at a 90hp tune anything more i should get lift pumps ?

You have an 2006 lly so you can hold more extra power then we can also. Your is only 310 hp fw & our are 360 hp fw. You will be saver then we will.

habootikuus, my truck ran fine without a liftpump at 160-170 rwhp. You should have no problems but your truck may run a little better on the higher settings with a pump.
