I have a 2500 2wd, i need new tires and right now i have 265 75 16 i was thinking of going up to 285 75 16 maybe bfg all terrains or somthing like them. how bad would that hurt my fuel milage, will i notice any power loss, and will i need to crank the t bars very much or just a slight bit with maybe some triming to the plastic shroud. i do a little off roading and would like better traction in sand. i dont think they are that much bigger but i would like some feed back from anyone using 285 75 16s.
